Wednesday, July 22nd, marks the final concert of our 2015 Wednesday Folk Traditions series with Charles Neville and Youssoupha Sidibe. Neville, the legendary Grammy-winning saxophone virtuoso known as “The Horn Man,” will join Sidibe, the Grammy-nominated Senegalese Master Kora player, to weave jazz, reggae, and blues together with musical styles from New Orleans and West Africa. The concert begins at 6:30 P.M., however, picnickers are welcome at the grounds beginning at 5 P.M. Tickets will be sold at the door. General admission for this show is $12, or $2 for children 16 and under. Please remember that the Porter-Phelps-Huntington Museum and its grounds are a smoke-free site. Please contact the museum with any further questions. We hope you will be able to join us!
