New Work by Hadley Artists
July 4 to July 29

HADLEY—In the 1797 corn barn at Porter-Phelps-Huntington Museum hang Elizabeth Wilda’s photographs of Rue de Chat, France and Rural White, Liny, France. One of Jacob Elemets’ color photographs depicts a scene closer to home – Canadian geese on S. Maple Street in Hadley. Although the pieces range in imagery and medium, all of the artwork is by Hadley artists and can be viewed at the historic farmstead from July 4-29.

The New Work by Hadley Artists exhibit features work by artists Rita Edelman, Jacob Elemets, Nancy Fernald, Nadine Gallo, Barbara Johnson, Karen Leveille, Diane Nevinsmith, Sandra Pipczynski, John Romanski, Fred Wilda, and Elizabeth and Steve Wilda. Guests are welcome to view the exhibit and tour the museum Saturday-Wednesday from 1:00-4:30 p.m. Porter-Phelps-Huntington Museum is located at 130 River Drive (Route 47) in Hadley, two miles north of the junction between Routes 9 and 47.
